My final research topic will be: What is the science and engineering that goes behind making a car fast, while still keeping the restriction friendly. Our textbook definition of a proposal is a documentation that provides a solution to a problem that is in need. There have been multiple cars that can reach crazy top speeds or have insane horsepower numbers that come straight from the factory. I want to dig deeper on how this is made possible through the engineering and rules that need to be followed. A possible answer could be creating performance parts that still add a lead to the car but keep emissions down. The engineering of the body work could also help the car get faster speeds, and a larger engine definitely can help a car boost numbers. My audience would be car enthusiasts or anyone who has wondered the same question I have.
